The Toy Giant Return Policy

Most items can be returned for 30 days (Except) Consumer electronics.such as Digital camera's which must be returned with in 14 days.Items must be new in the box. Opened and or used items will be charged a restocking fee Software,DVD's and Console games can not be returned if opened ,We will exchange for same title only.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items: Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any item that has obvious signs of use. Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Defective or faulty items will be exchanged for a new item long as item is still available.

Items received as gifts will be refunded to a Gift Card

Open Software, DVD's and video games are not returnable they can be exchanged if defective.
